Team Fundraising Events

This is a list of community events being organized by team captains to raise money for their teams – any team that raises $10,000 or more this year will get a special area set aside for them on Race Day!

When: Friday, April 20th – 6 p.m. meet n’ mingle w/ 7 p.m. show start time

Kelly’s Pub Too & The Rockhouse – Bands 4 Boobies (Music & Trivia)
Where: Rockhouse and Kelly’s Pub Too
When: Saturday, April 21st
What: The 2nd Annual “Bands for Boobies” music festival after the Race. There will be multiple bands and a Music Trivia Challenge, and a survivor will be speaking at each venue about the importance of early detection.

The Best Chocolate in Town – Buy 3 Truffles Get 1 Free
Where: 880 Mass Ave, Indianapolis
When: Saturday, April 21st
What: Let them know you participated in the Komen Race, and Best Chocolate In Town will offer any 3 handmade truffles and get a 4th free.

Fannie May Chocolates
Where: Avon, Greenwood and Castleton Malls
When: Saturday, April 21st from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
What: Team Fannie May Chocolates is donating 20% of our total sales from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Race Day.

When: Sunday, April 1st through Saturday, April 21st
What: Team Peterman is doing its own community team fundraise by donating $5 from any service agreement and $100 for any new install – they’ve already raised more than $1,000!
