Packet Pick-Up

New this year – we will ship t-shirts and bibs for all who register online – FREE!   But, if you registered on paper or need to register at the last minute, you will need to pickup your t-shirt and bib number at Packet Pickup.

What is it?

Packet pickup is held during the week immediately preceding the Race and is your opportunity to pickup everything you will need for the Race.  Packet pickup will be held on Thursday and Friday, April 15th and 16th for all those who registered on paper or who need to register at the last minute.  You can also ask a friend or colleague to pick up your items for you.

For those individuals who have not yet registered, you can register, pay and pick up your items at the same time.  You can turn in your pledges and donations, purchase an honor or memorial flag to be placed along the race course and SHOP among the largest collection of pink ribbon merchandise anywhere!  Cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard and American Express will be accepted.

Where is it?

IUPUI generously donates the use of their warehouse at 1830 W. 16th Street.  It is on the north side of 16th Street, just west of the old baseball field.  Parking is available on the north side of the building – look for the signs for direction.

Turning in Pledges

You are welcome to bring in the pledges and donations you have collected.  If you are interested in competing for one of the many pledge program prizes, your donations must be accompanied by a completed fund raising form.  If you want your donations to be counted toward your individual and/or team fund raising goal, the form must be filled out completely.  Fund raising forms and envelopes will be available at packet pickup.  You can also download a copy of the fund raising form and attach it to your own envelope. 

If you are not interested in competing for prizes, we will GLADLY accept your donations in any form!
