Race for the Cure®

Registration for the 2010 Race for the Cure is now open.  You can register in one of two ways. 

New this year – Pink is going green!  Register online and save money and the environment!  As an extra incentive, all those who register online will have their t-shirt and bib shipped FREE of charge.  Registering online is quick and easy – just click here.

For those without internet access or who prefer to pay by check, you may register by paper and mail to the address noted along with your registration fee.   When available, paper registration forms can be picked up at central Indiana Starbucks, Kroger, local health centers and the Komen Indianapolis office at 1099 N Meridian, Suite 111.  You may also click here to download a registration form.  Unfortunately, due to the cost, we are unable to mail out registration forms. 

PARTICIPANT – Runners/Walkers wanting to navigate either the 5K or 1-Mile Family Walk course as a show of support for the cause.  Entrant receives a bib number and Race shirt
SURVIVOR – Breast cancer survivors who are participants will also receive the survivor packet with a pink hat and shirt
CHILD – Children aged 8 and younger must be registered and have the entry signed by their parent or guardian.  Entrants will receive a bib number but NO shirt.  If you would like your child to have a Race shirt they need to register as a Participant
COMPETITIVE – Intend to finish the race in 35 minutes or less?  Then this is for you!  The timed results are scored for division awards.  Entrant will receive a commemorative chip timer
SLEEP IN FOR THE CURE – want to help support the Race but avoid the crowds on Race Day?  Then Sleep in for the Cure is for you.  You will receive a t-shirt and special bib number.
LATE FEE – Participants that register on-site April 17, 2010 are considered late entries.  A $10.00 late fee will be added to the registration cost.

Walk in registrations will be accepted at the warehouse during packet pickup week and also on Race day in the registration tent.  A $10 late feel will be added to all Race day registrations.

If you have registered online, your shirt will be mailed to you.  If you registered on paper, you will need to pick up your t-shirt and bib number during packet pickup week.  If you register on Race day, you will pick up your shirt at registration.  You may also choose to have a friend or family member pick up your items for you.
