Project Name: Women’s Cancer Program
About the program: YWCA will provide education and access to clinical breast exams and mammograms for low-income, undeserved, un- or underinsured and minority women in 23 West Central Indiana counties. They will provide awareness, breast cancer screenings, ensure 100% of women screened receive additional procedures if necessary, navigate women through breast cancer journey, and assist with translation and transportation.
Counties served: Boone, Carrol, Case, Clay, Clinton, Greene, Howard, Jasper, Miami, Montgomery, Newton, Parke, Pulaski, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo, Warren, and White County.
